Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 75% charge. No calls or no shows will be banned from booking again.
Rescheduling Policy:
To reschedule another appointment, a deposit of 50% of your booked service(s) is required.
Tardiness Policy:
Please inform me if you will be late for your appointment. If you are late, I reserve the right to adjust the pre-determined appointment services to maintain my schedule and respect other clients’ time. A late fee of $10 will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 25 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and 75% of the service will be charged.
